The sustainable design features of the towers include the 11 degree tilt design of Tower 1 that enhances the permeability of natural light to make it more energy efficient. Motion detecting light switches, highly efficient fluorescent light bulbs and high performance (Low E) double glazing are some of the other features. Even during construction, carefully chosen recycled materials were used in order to reduce resource consumption.
Those arriving at One Indiabulls Centre will experience a cobble-stone walkway which is covered with a glass canopy all the way up to the lift lobby, with natural light streaming in at every step and providing shade from sun and cover from rain.

The service areas, like the backup rooms, storage facilities, and the car park are thoughtfully lit with highly efficient lighting systems that are powerful as well as energy efficient.
