Mr. Sameer Gehlaut - Founder & Chairman
Mr. Sameer Gehlaut is the Founder and Chairman of the Indiabulls group. Mr. Gehlaut, a first generation entrepreneur, has been spearheading the group since its inception. Under his leadership, within a span of 15 years, the Indiabulls group has emerged as a leading business conglomerate with business interests across sectors.
Mr. Gehlaut holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Mr. Narendra Gehlaut - Vice Chairman
Mr. Narendra Gehlaut, our Vice-Chairman, has years of leadership experience in the construction industry and the Indian real estate market. Prior to his joining Indiabulls, he had set up, owned and operated a successful mining and excavation company in India.
Mr. Gehlaut is a graduate in electrical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and also a law graduate from University of Delhi.
Mr. Gurbans Singh - Joint Managing Director
Mr. Gurbans Singh was a member of Indian Revenue Services (Customs & Central Excise) and served as a Commissioner of Customs, Delhi. He has over 22 years of varied experience at different senior level positions with the Government of India in the areas of customs, central excise and service tax.
Mr. Singh is a gold medalist post graduate in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He was a recipient of Nehru Centenary Fellowship in the year 1993-94 and during this period, he took M.Sc. in Fiscal Studies from University of Bath, U.K.
Mr. Vishal Damani - Joint Managing Director
Mr. Vishal Damani has over 17 years of domestic and international experience (USA, UK and India). After joining Indiabulls in 2008, he became known as a leader who could span a breadth of functions, and adapt quickly to changing business environment. During his long association with Indiabulls, he has lead various functions – Planning & Design, Project Planning & Execution, Procurement & Contracts for the company. He has grown within the company from the grass-roots level, and effected transformational changes to meet the organization objectives. Prior to joining Indiabulls group, he worked for leading Fortune 500 company in IL, USA.
Mr. Damani graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from MIT, Pune, and an MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.
Mr. Anil Mittal - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anil Mittal, Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1991 and a Commerce Graduate from Kurukshetra University in 1988 associated with Indiabulls Group (IB Group) since March 2006 as Group Vice President –Finance & Account and currently designated as CFO- Indiabulls Real Estate Limited.
Mr Anil Mittal has over 24 years in accounting, fund raising, bank financing treasury, taxation, auditing, MIS and Commercial functions and having worked for companies like Airtel and Benetton.
Mr. Kubeir Khera - Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Kubeir Khera serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited. Mr. Khera has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing the marketing and branding strategy of Indiabulls across different verticals over the last nine years. Mr. Khera is an experienced marketing executive with more than 10 years of marketing, branding and media experience across advertising, financial services and real estate sectors. Prior to his joining Indiabulls, he was responsible for business development and communication planning deployment for leading MNC in India.
Mr Khera holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.
Mr. Ravi Telkar - Compliance Officer
Ravi joined the Indiabulls Group in July, 2006, and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary in February, 2007. He also serves as Vice President – Corporate Affairs, Indiabulls Group.
With almost 20 years’ experience in diverse corporate secretarial areas, including in his current role in the Group for about a decade, Ravi played a key role in spearheading and successfully completing several important assignments including Demergers, Reverse Merger, QIPs, GDR Offerings, Preferential Offers and an IPO, and their listing on the bourses, to name a few.
Prior to joining the Indiabulls Group, Ravi had served in senior management positions of widely-held, listed corporations operating in diverse sectors, such as Jet Airways, KPIT Cummins, Cyient Limited, among others.
Ravi is a Commerce graduate, and a qualified company secretary. He also qualified as a chartered secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), London, United Kingdom.
